Summary:
I�m a developer with 12 years of experience on general development field. Last 8 years focused entirely to 3D. Along with my technical side I also developed a strong artistic sense and now my work is aimed to develop tools and techniques, solve problems and remove steps in a 3D production. So artists can focus on what they really need and do their jobs better and faster. I also have experience in planning and renderfarms setup, pipeline design, system configuration and database. I am a person who lives to create and invent, always looking for new challenges!

I was hired to design and develop the company's pipeline along with some tools needed to implement new ways of working for the artists. I'm taking care of servers, renderfarm and workstations configurations. I�m also implementing my Sync tool and other Assets tools developed in Python for connectivity with MySQL�s database inside Maya. In addition, I am also responsible for advertising projects that require specific tools and solutions or crowd simulation.

I started working mainly on projects related to crowd simulations. After two months I was invited to be R&D Supervisor, developing solutions, tools and a new pipeline to the team. After awhile, I started a project to remodel the department of 3D Casablanca, creating a new focus for the company and seeking new markets. So, I was invited to be CG Supervisor of Casablanca 3D Animation and lead the team through this evolution.

Hired to create a solution and build a tool for the artists, in a short deadline (one week actually), which uses a particle system, with expressions and controls, to create an effect of a sand man for an advertisement

Hired for the R&D department, the first in Brazil actually and which was then being newly formulated, working specifically with Maya and language (MEL and Python), building crowd simulation using Maya�s own particle system, simulating dynamic for scenes of FX and also developing simple and complex expressions for any type of scene, using tricks and tweaks to optimize render time. Also creating various tools and solutions to accelerate the work of 3D artists and evolved in company�s pipeline too.

I'm graduated in Business School (proved by university documents) and more than 12 years of experience in the R&D field (at the moment with the last 7 years proved by reference letters from previous employers). According to US Immigration rules found in their website, that qualifies me to a H1B work visa.
