Bring administrative techniques to the Computer Graphics market in Brazil to build better companies and better opportunities. Also, work in computer graphics with complex crowd systems and build tools and interfaces to save Artist's work time by letting they deal just with interfaces and not code. Profile:
I am a R&D artist with 12 years of experience on general development field. Last 7 years working with 3D Production where I have deep knowledge in Maya techniques and Maya programming (Mel, expressions, Python and API). Thru this years, also worked with internet and networks, having deep knowledge considering technical rules, protocols and programming, sound experience with HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, PHP and MySQL. I'm a person that just live to invent and create, always looking for new challenges!

I am a Brazilian citizen and only have the United States B2 Visa (Tourism). I am a Brazilian citizen and only have the United States B2/B1 Visa. I'm graduated in Business School (proved by university documents) and more than 12 years of experience in the R&D field (at the moment with the last 7 years proved by reference letters from previous employers). According to US Immigration rules found in their website, that qualifies me to a H1B work visa.
Experience:
· Casablanca 3D Animation / Sao Paulo, Brazil – Jul/2008 to present
Started to work mainly with jobs related to crowd simulations. After a couple months was hired as R&D Supervisor, developing solutions, tools and a new pipeline for the team. After that, I've started a business project to rebuild the 3D department of Casablanca, creating a new focus for the company and aim new markets. So, I was invited to be the Head of 3D Department and lead the team thru this evolution.
· Vetor Zero / Sao Paulo, Brazil – Feb/2003 to present
Hired for the R&D department (the first in Brazil actually), working more specific with Maya language (MEL), building crowd simulations using Maya particle system, running dynamic simulations for some FX and also building simple and complex expressions for any kind of scene, using tricks and tweaks to optimize render time. Also creating tools to speed up the 3D Artists job by developing a variety of scripts and plug-ins for Maya, building pipeline tools and developing solutions for them, taking care of the necessities of the company in this area.

Main Programmer of the Interactive TV interface for Portugal Telecom, using HTML, DHTML, XML, JavaScript, and also participating with planning and technical decisions.
